Police ID 45-Year-Old CT Man Killed In Stabbing Authorities have identified the 45-year-old who was fatally stabbed in New Britain over the weekend.  Joseph Lugo, of Hartford, was killed following a stabbing in the 100 block of Columbus Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, according to New Britain police.  Another man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries in the attack.
